CERVEZAS ALHAMBRA BRINGS ITS UNIQUE URBAN GARDEN TO BARCELONA

After the success last year of Jardín Cervezas Alhambra in Madrid and A Coruña, Barcelona is one of the cities chosen to host and enjoy this unique experience full of stellar cultural, gastronomic, and musical activities in a urban terrace created by Cervezas Alhambra.
The space was inaugurated yesterday in Barcelona at a private event attended by representatives of the brand, such as its new marketing director Emmanuel Pouey, local media, and influential profiles from the fields of art, music, gastronomy, and leisure in Barcelona.

From April 22nd to May 29th, Jardín Cervezas Alhambra aims to become the place to be, offering the best in free-time plans, and to be the perfect meeting point to enjoy a leisurely beer with friends. It will have an urban terrace, a restaurant area, a bar, and a wide range of initiatives in order for its visitors to discover Barcelona’s local talent.

It is located in the Eixample district at the emblematic Casa Rius (accessed through Placeta Joan Brossa at Carrer Rosselló, 191), a very special building with a magnificent history linked to the arts. The space will be open Tuesdays to Fridays from 6-11pm and Saturdays to Sundays from 12-11pm. Aside from the scheduled activities that require prior registration, the space will be open to the public until full capacity is reached.
The initiative will enrich Barcelona’s cultural offering and will have a varied program of activities such as tastings, exclusive gastronomic experiences, craft workshops, intimate acoustics, and DJ sessions.

Beer lovers will be able to enjoy tastings conducted by beer sommeliers from Cervezas Alhambra in which they will discover the special nuances of each beer. Workshops will be held in different disciplines, such as illustration, “zero-waste food workshop,” and botanical watercolor, taught by authentic experts like Miki Noëlle, Alexa Trilla from Archicookture, Isabela Quintes, and Laura Agustí.
Visitors will also encounter experiences that will bring the best in gastronomy to this urban garden, featuring renowned local chefs who will be in charge of offering a menu created specifically to be paired with the different varieties of Cervezas Alhambra.

Throughout April and May, artists like Jaguayano, Carmen Boza, Vicente Navarro, Guiu Cortés (El Niño de la Hipoteca), Gabriel Ríos, and Muerdo will get the public going with their live music. And on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, Jardín Cervezas Alhambra will have DJ sets to celebrate the weekend with Arnau Sabaté, Vir-ginie, and Sonido Tupinamba, among others, which will have free admission until full capacity is reached.
